Glass tempering

The tempering process is carried out by passing the glass through a special convection oven, which first heats the surface and then cools it rapidly with jets of air. This creates controlled surface tensions, so that in the event of breakage, the glass shatters into small, harmless pieces.

In this way the glass complies with the safety standards UNI EN 12150.
